I am Eddie Kruger, the founder and Managing Director of halloSA Immigration Services.

halloSA started with nothing more than a coffee table and a dream. Today, we are proud to say that we offer a personalised, professional service to clients from across the globe and from all walks of life, and that we are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

At halloSA, our work is guided by the belief that there is much more to immigration than simply obtaining legal status in a foreign country: that immigration should be approached holistically. We consider both the tax and financial implications and the short-, medium- and long-term ambitions of clients to deliver innovative immigration solutions to large corporations and individuals alike.

I have spent my career navigating the intricacies of the South African immigration landscape. Along the way, I learned from some of South Africa’s top immigration attorneys and, at two top-tier immigration law firms, gained first-hand operational insight into the dynamics of immigrating successfully to South Africa for both individuals and corporate entities. I worked closely with multi-national corporations to help their employees move across borders seamlessly and compliantly - while maintaining price point as a primary concern.

It was from these experiences that the concept of halloSA was born. I believed there was a gap in the market for the provision of a more full-scale, cost-effective and personalised immigration service. And while South African immigration is halloSA’s main field of expertise, we are constantly developing ways to expand into the rest of Africa and beyond. Watch this space!

When I am away from my desk, my life is balanced by a lively and loving home in Cape Town with my wife and two Siberian Huskies. I also enjoy watching football (and being a lifelong Manchester United fan, I’m prone to daydream about the glories of yesteryear). I am happy to call South Africa my home, and genuinely excited by my work with halloSA.
